About Monica Smith, Senior Care Advisor

For many families, the search for a senior care advisor begins during a moment of uncertainty. A parent may be struggling with memory loss, recovering from a hospital stay, or no longer able to safely live alone. Suddenly, adult children are faced with unfamiliar decisions about assisted living, memory care, and other care options.

It can feel overwhelming to know where to begin.

A Personal Mission to Support Families

Monica Smith is a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) and founder of Clarity Senior Solutions. With more than 25 years of healthcare experience, including clinical work as a nurse, she helps families navigate senior living decisions such as assisted living, memory care, dementia care, and residential care options.

ClarityCare was inspired by Monica’s personal experience navigating aged care for her own parents. That journey shaped her commitment to guiding families through one of life’s most emotional transitions.

Today, Monica combines professional expertise with compassionate advocacy to help Ventura families find the right senior care for their loved ones. This work is about more than senior care placement. It’s about preserving dignity, safety, and quality of life for our aging loved ones.

Guiding Families Through Complex Aged Care Decisions

Every family’s situation is unique. As a Senior Care Advisor, we work closely with families to understand care needs and guide them toward the right care environment.

A Senior Care Advisor With A

Thoughtful Approach

Every family’s situation is different. There is no one-size-fits-all senior care solution.

Monica believes that senior care decisions should be approached with careful listening, thoughtful evaluation, and a clear understanding of each family’s priorities. As a Senior Care Advisor, her role is to help families navigate complex medical and care systems, translate options into practical guidance, and support decisions that protect dignity, safety, and quality of life.

Why Families Work With a Senior Care Advisor

Families often reach a point where they realize they need guidance. A Senior Care Advisor helps evaluate care needs, explain the differences between care options, and connect families with trusted communities that fit their loved one’s medical, emotional, and financial needs.
